Specialty CoffeesTorrelsa presents its specialty coffees. Combining the entire value chain, from the coffee producer to the roaster, specialty coffees are prepared in small batches from a single origin (mainly Coffea arabica).
Their selection begins with the best growing conditions and plant varieties, climate and altitude, going through manual harvesting and only when the fruits are ripe. The fermentation, drying and preparation process is done with care to extract the maximum potential from the coffee beans. Its storage and transport to the roaster is done with the utmost rigor, to preserve its qualities until the cup of coffee.
